We have more than 40 high-performance molding machines from FANUC CORPORATION and Sodick Co., Ltd. and provide stable quality molded products. It is possible for us to mold tens of millions of pieces per day, and we can flexibly respond to sudden mass production orders.
Precision / fine molded parts in the 0.15 mm range
G-Tech manufactures precision /fine molded products from molds pro-duced by our integrated production system. The products have excellent heat resistance using super-engineering plastics that are often used for es-sential parts such as electronic control parts. They meet the accuracy re-quirement of 1 μm level.
Molded connector between 0.25mm pitch
Capable of molding connector products with a minimum pitch of 0.25 mm. We also offer integrated support for the procurement of metal parts.

Visual quality control system using automatic inspection machines, micro-scopes, etc. that enable us to inspect millions of units per day
We perform visual inspections using an automatic inspection machine that inspects about 5 molded products per second. Our staff also preforms a visual inspection using a microscope and a magnifying glass. We have strict quality control for each product by using an inspection list for each product.
