G-Tech manufactures precision /fine molded products from molds pro-duced by our integrated production system. The products have excellent heat resistance using super-engineering plastics that are often used for es-sential parts such as electronic control parts. They meet the accuracy re-quirement of 1 μm level.

Visual quality control system using automatic inspection machines, micro-scopes, etc. that enable us to inspect millions of units per day

We perform visual inspections using an automatic inspection machine that inspects about 5 molded products per second. Our staff also preforms a visual inspection using a microscope and a magnifying glass. We have strict quality control for each product by using an inspection list for each product.
