Aiming for the first grade in Trade Skill Tests
At G-Tech, we aim to actively participate in Trade Skill Tests sponsored by the Japanese government in order to improve our technical level. We have a record of passing skill tests in a wide range of fields such as 1st grade ma-chining, 1st grade plastic molding, and 1st grade electrical discharge.

Recently, employees’ health management in corporations has been drawing attention, and an increasing number of companies are taking it as an im-portant management issue. We are working on the following with the aim of being a company where employees can be physically and mentally healthy.
What we do
- Employee health checkups, prevention of aggravation thorough a re-examination of their health checkups.
- Monthly visit by an industrial physicians. Posting of physician’s recommen-dations / reports from the physician within the company
- Checking the work-life balance of employees
- Employees’ stress check implementation
Community cleanup activities
G-Tech conducts cleaning activities in our neighborhood as part of our so-cial contributions. We also promote communication among employees through cleaning activities. We regularly carry out cleaning activities around the company in order to improve the employees' understanding and aware-ness of the environment.
